Dr Patricia Crane began working directly with Louise Hay as an assistant to her in workshops in the mid-'80s, as life unfolded Louise started to turn her attention more toward the book publishing business and entrusted Dr Crane to pick up the mantle and continue with the teachings. Patricia says, “After all the years of Louise’s mentor-ship I can imagine no greater reward than to be officially sanctioned to do this work.”

The seed of Ashika's passion for personal development was sown in 1988 when she watched Louise Hay on the Oprah Winfrey Show, where Louise claimed that the power of the mind could heal the body. This encounter sparked a transformative journey that led her to study Louise Hay's methods fourteen years later, resulting in a profound experience of self-healing, emotional reconciliation, and personal growth.
In 2010, Ashika's mentors, Dr. Patricia Crane, Rick Nichols, and Louise Hay, recognized her readiness to lead and granted her an exclusive license with Hay House, Inc. to facilitate the Heal Your Life® Training in South Africa. Over the past 13 years, the training has evolved by South African regulations and has gained a reputation for its remarkable outcomes.
